In order to receive our low nightly rates we require all guests staying in one of our vacation homes or hotels to pay a small $50 refundable deposit. The final balance will be due 15 days prior to your arrival, if you should need to cancel your reservation as long as you notify us prior to 16 days of your arrival we will cheerfully refund you the deposit minus a $15 administration fee. If you need to cancel your reservation inside of 15 days of your arrival this will result in steeper cancellation fees (please refer to your confirmation letter for further details).

We will confirm all bookings with a confirmation letter and all cancellations with a Cancellation Notice which we will e-mail you. If you need to cancel your reservation please make sure you save your cancellation e-mail.
